\r\n\tI have been a practicing Realtor in Ottawa since 1983. Allow me to provide you with a little insight about myself.
\r\n\t
\r\n\tI came to Canada in 1976 from Hong Kong, and began working as a cook in kitchen of Toronto National Defense Base. Then as a waiter in hotel dining room and steak house.
\r\n\t
\r\n\tI started my first business in 1979 operating a Chinese restaurant while my wife took care of our 2 sons. Due to the long working hours and lack of family time with my children, I decided to sell the restaurant in 1983, and try my hand at real estate the same year.
\r\n\t
\r\n\tBut surprise! This profession is very demanding as well! At the beginning, it was quite difficult to support a family of 5 (including my mother) and to build up the real estate business working week days\/nights and weekends. My hard work and persistence has kept me working for over 26 years now. My children graduated from university, are now married and have great jobs! And now I have a beautiful grand daughter (just over 2 years old) from my eldest son.
\r\n\t
\r\n\tThis career has give me wonderful job satisfaction and is very challenging in the daily practicing. Whenever a client gets their keys to their first home, investment property or when they begin their new business venture through my assistance, I feel happy for them, and a sense of accomplishment as well because I have assisted them to achieve their goals. This also enables me to have ongoing repeat business from satisfied clients. Every time I successfully sell my clients' home, business or investment property, I have the same satisfaction. Once again, I was able to help my clients achieve their goals.

\r\n\tAs I am a immigrant, I fully understand the frustration of finding a home, buying a business to start your career, and supporting your family for any newcomer, first time buyer or second time buyer.

\r\n\tMy philosophy is to listen to my clients (both buyer and seller) about their needs and wants, and to explain things like the pros and cons of every opportunity, the details of the buying and selling process such as types of properties, neighborhood, choice of financing, future value appreciation, and after sales service etc.

\r\n\tOver the past 32 years, I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge about market information, negotiation skills, and have received a number of performance awards for my efforts. I enjoy this challenging career very much and strive to provide outstanding service to my past\/present and new clients.
